Thank you for your interest in our pirohi at St. Stephen BCC! To help us prepare the right amounts of each filling type and minimize waste, we kindly ask that you use our pirohi order form. Here’s everything you need to know:

Order Deadline: Please submit your order by Wednesday, March 19th to ensure we make enough pirohi for you. Orders placed after March 19th will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis without ensured availability.

Filling Preparation: We make all the pirohi fillings on Saturday, March 22nd.

Pinching and Cooking: The pirohi are pinched and cooked on Monday, March 24th and Tuesday, March 25th.

Extra Availability: We typically make extra potato cheese and sweet cabbage pirohi beyond what’s ordered. If you don’t place an order, you can still purchase these extras on a first-come, first-served basis until they’re sold out.
